✔️ My mission is to help others get healthy inside and out & mentor them as they build an online health & wellness business
If you’re like me, you’re a busy mom with a lot on your plate. And I get that it can be exhausting! For me, it all started with trying something new and taking a little step outside of my comfort zone. Fast forward 8 years and I haven’t looked back! I am truly living a life that I LOVE.
I have found true joy as a successful, yet balanced mama who works to help others – according to my own schedule!
I stumbled across this business as a newlywed. I was a hard-working nurse who sort of lost my way and gave in to some unhealthy habits. Between the stress of trying to work 3 RN jobs to pay off my mile high student loan debt, I was struggling to stick to my workout routine. What I was doing, just wasn’t working.
I found a virtual accountability group online and saw results in just nine days! I realized that accountability and support were what I needed to get out of my rut. Needless to say what I stumbled on turned out to be way more than just a home workout program.
